What to expect when buying...

While the buying or building experience is unique to every buyer, below is a flow chart of what you can generally expect from the process from beginning to end.

It is important that we sit down at the very beginning of your buying / building process and review your expectations and discuss what we foresee happening.  Because every buyer’s goals, timelines, budgets, and limits are different, the information you will have to consider and the choices you will have to make will be very personalized. 

Understanding what to expect during the buying process makes your transaction easier and less stressful.  I don’t like surprises during my deals – my preference is to have things be calm and uneventful.  I work hard to make sure my clients are as informed and prepared as possible, so when they do have decisions to make they feel ready and well-informed.
